Select **Status** in a page footer or among the compact links above your profile in Spaces. The status link opens `uptime.unic.ac.cy` in a new tab.

## Open it

- From Launchpad or another page with a footer: select **Status**.
- From Spaces: select **Status** above your profile at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, open the sidebar first.
- From the **Settings** page: select **Status** under **About**.

## Before you report a problem

1. Open **Status** and check whether the service you are using is reported as down.
2. If it is, wait for the status page to report recovery. There is nothing to fix on your side.
3. If it is not, the problem is more likely to be your Account, your role or your session. Check [An app is missing](/help/system/an-app-is-missing) for an absent app, and [Review active sessions](/help/system/active-sessions) if you keep being signed out.
4. If neither explains it, report it. See [Help and support](/help/system/help-and-support).

## If it did not work

- If the footer is not visible on Launchpad, scroll to the end of the page. In Spaces, use the links above your profile, or select the Evolve logo to return to Launchpad.
- If the status page itself does not load, check your connection and try again.
- A recent deployment can also explain a change in behaviour. Check [What the Releases page shows](/help/system/releases).
